Ross's songs are composed in various styles: from traditional romance to dance music. His lyrics is often based on his own life experience, personal thoughts and doubts.

They often explore important apsects of life like love and death and convey an atomosphere of melancholy, joy and sadness.
In any way his songs are entertaining and appeal very much to younger audience.

Usually Ross writes the music and lyrics of the songs himself.

In previous years he wrote several songs on the lyrics of Christopher Johnstone - young creative Australian poet.
